Wine Tasting with Martinez Polo Wines - Boutique High-Altitude Wines of Cyprus
Join us for an exclusive evening dedicated to the wines of Spanish winemaker Santiago Martínez Polo, a boutique producer crafting expressive wines from carefully selected high-altitude vineyards across Cyprus.
This guided tasting will explore the philosophy of minimal intervention winemaking, indigenous & international varieties, and the discovery of what the winemaker calls “magical vineyards” — rare sites that consistently produce extraordinary fruit.
Expect wines defined by Mediterranean identity, precision, and authenticity, produced in very limited quantities.
